Summary
There are things in bassist Jace Seymour's past that he is unwilling to
share with anyone. To cover his guilt and anguish, he seeks dominatrix
Mistress V (Aggie) to temporarily placate his inner turmoil. Aggie
doesn't have much use for men-besides the power rush she gets when
they're begging for mercy at her feet-but Jace isn't like her usual
clients. His cool defiance and unexpected dominance in the bedroom
drives her to distraction and quickly steals her heart. When
circumstances threaten Jace's position in Sinners, Aggie must help him
regain his rightful place in the band while showing him that time and
love can heal all wounds. (Goodreads)

Review:
Loved this book and I honestly was not sure from the onset...Jace is
hawt, the little man is anything but and he is soooo cute! Sweet Angel
does describe him! After reading few lemons this past month...this book
is a tall cool drink of sweet yummy lemonade for me! Sadly for you my
dear friends...this review will be a LONG time in coming (like Jace)
since this book is not out until February. But, and I mean but, if you
have not started this series...YOU MUST read Backstage Pass and Rock
Hard NOW! IMHO, do not read Double Time until the end (even though I
loved that book and reviewed it, don't read it since it is really book
5). If you need reading material between waiting on this book and Rock
Hard...I suggest reading Ms Cunning's novellas of one-night stands with
different band members of Sole Regret...I loved them too!

Jace, the bassist who replaced "Jon the Junkie", is the newest member of
the Sinners and is unsure of his place in the band. While he struggles
to contain his brilliance on the bass, he feels the need to release his
excessive "energy". One look at Mistress V and Jace knows he will get
the relief that he needs. After only one night with her, Jace knows
that he needs much more of Mistress V's attention. The only
problem...he also begins to want some of Aggie's attention. To her
credit, Aggie can and does separate the two areas of her life. She does
what she does down in her dungeon and she enjoys it, but she also loves
to be just Aggie.

Watching these two together was lovely, gruesome (at times) and
breathtaking. I loved how they slowly opened to each other, while
sharing their lives with honesty and openness. Jace was simply amazing
and wonderful. I caught myself smiling, laughing and fanning self over
that man! Eric, who played just an interesting part in this book, is
one Sinner who needs a big hug! I cannot wait for his book next. That
said: Jon had better not pull any more antics like the ones he did to my
Jace...his face needs some serious rearranging. Don't say you were not
warned Jon!

Check out this series. I have encouraged two very different friends to
read the first two books and they were blown away. This series is so
different and amazing. Pick up some Cunning today! Enjoy!
