Sum It Up!
The beginning had potential, but that is where it ended. I don’t feel there was anything original here.

They’d been friends throughout childhood but could they be lovers?
Leah, Chase and Mitch were the best of friends since they were young children. Nothing and no-one could tear them apart. Leah knows she is in love with her two friends. She never acted on it though for fear of destroying their friendship.
When they were younger, Chase and Mitch fought over who would have Leah. They agreed they would never make her choose between them.
One night after to many cocktails, Leah wakes up, naked in bed with Mitch. The commotion brings Chase to the bedroom. She has slept with both of her friends, the only problem is….she can’t remember any of it. (Goodreads)
Review:
I expected so much more after reading the blurb and from reading a lot of the author’s previous work. I very much enjoy reading the m/f/m stories that end with HEA’s, but this was a “been there done that” read. The beginning had potential, but that is where it ended. I don’t feel there was anything original here. The plot was either strung out or glossed over, I didn’t feel the emotional connection, the climax was just thrown in there in a “did that just happen and do we care” moment that was glossed over so quickly it did not feel climatic. The first half of the book did not have the same flow speed as the last half. Unfortunately the sex scenes were sorely lacking. My biggest issue, and it seems to be more noticeable with every new book, Sam Crescent needs a new editor. There are sections of the book that I don’t think were edited at all. The one good thing about the book…the cover is hot!
