Scorched
was a real nail biting, edge of your seat book! Kelsey and Gage used to be a
couple until Gage broke her heart, and chose his Navy Seal team over her. He
wanted to be with her, but could not give up his life, the Seals, and truly had
no idea why she would ask that of him.
Kelsey has since moved on, and is engaged to a wonderful man. Until she returns home from her uncle's funeral, and witnesses her fiancé’s murder. Kelsey has no idea what is going on, and whether or not she is even safe or who she can turn to. Until Gage comes to the rescue, and offers to help her find out what is going on.

and Gage have so many struggles with their relationship throughout the book that
you cannot put it down!! You have to keep reading to know how their lives are
going to turn out! The ending of this story was perfect. Scorched is the sixth book in the series
but can definitely be read as a stand-alone. I have found a new author to love,
and will absolutely be reading the rest of this series!!
