As of lately, I have been in a reading slump! Not enough time or
nothing grabbed my interest so whatever my funk was this book has brought me
back to my senses. To be honest this cover grabbed my attention (which HELLO
Hottie!) along with all the recommendations and boy am I glad that it did!
If your looking for a love story filled with angst that sets you on
a rollercoaster ride of emotions..then look no further because Jake and Tru
deliver that and more. Besides the slight grammer errors this story was awesome
and takes you in the world of Rock in Roll and all the troubles that come with
it.Jake (be still my beating heart) was the perfect Alpha male that kept me begging for more. Even with imperfections I fell for him within the first couple of chapters and at times I held so much sorrow for his character. As for Tru, her character is sweet and naive and at times a bit aggervating in her stubborness and reasoning. However, she is the perfect woman for Jake! I loved seeing them reunite their friendship and grow to be more,eventhough it was one bumpy ride..did I mention this was an emotional rollercoaster?
