Although Tack colors Tyra's world with a vibrancy that's blinding, being with him means she has to live in his Motorcycle Club world. Full on, no holds barred. And since Tack's world, not to mention Tack, is a little scary, Tyra isn't so sure.

"We've hit the hot guy motherlode." The Dream Man series so far has given us a mysteriously hot commando, a smoking hot bounty hunter, a dedicated committed hot cop and now a super-hot badass biker! Tack has played a pivotal role in the three previous books and I for one have longed to get his story. In each book, he put out his feelers, letting the women know that he was looking for a good one. His ex-wife was a phycho-beeyach from hell who never supported him, his beliefs or his leadership of Chaos. Finally free of her for over four years, Tack is looking high and low to find his good woman.
The high was one night with Tyra...unfortunately, the low was the next night with a biker banger...who Tyra sees leaving his bed on her first day of work. I loved how she just pulled up her big girl panties, straightened out her slim-line pencil skirt and rocked it! Rocked Tack's entire world that is.
The slow initiation of Tyra into Tack's world is deliberate on Tack's part. He has seen the worst in life and not too long ago, he did the worst in life. But now, he and his club are clean. They are hard living and free riding, but still this side of law. Tyra, while raised a good girl, still desires to live wild. Slowly, Tack brings out her wild and protects her soft place. I loved the scenes where they would argue and Tyra would threaten to leave. But Tack being Tack just explained things to her and then said, "Decide." Decide: Stay with Tack in a world of color or go back to the bleak grey.
"Truth, honesty, perseverance, strength, love of all kinds and forgiveness are all beautiful, Tack. The most beautiful stories ever told are the most difficult to take." Time and time again, Tyra decides to stay with Tack and tie herself even more to him. And when he tells her all his stories, all his past and all his motives...that was a most beautiful story...and it was excruciating for Tyra to take! But in the end, my (and Tack/Tyra's) HEA was beautiful and hard earned. I just loved these two together!
