Claimed is a book filled with mystery, heat, intrigue, love, a good dose of violence and is a heart-stopping roller coaster ride from page one to the very last. Emma Paulsen is a scientist in mind and heart who, though she is psychic, still tries to find an answer for everything in science. Only when she comes face to face with a deadly virus that may very well take the life of her sister will she realize that sometimes even science needs a magical push. Emma is also in another race, one against fate. Emma is bound and determined to not let the man, literally, from her dreams to become too attached to her, for if he does, that could prove to be one disastrous mistake. So what would be easier, putting an end to the bioterrorism out to destroy vampire mates, or not giving in to the King of the Realm? The Paulsen women just may have met their match with the Karys men. Even as deadly as this virus is, it just may open another door for a vampire mate attached to the wrong vampire.
