Four years ago, race car driver Tracey Bradshaw almost died in a horrific crash. Now scarred inside and out, she's making a comeback, but her team is plagued by a series of "accidents".

When the team leader dies under mysterious circumstances, former driver Mac Reynolds takes charge. The pair clash as Trace resents his high-handed attempts to control her, while Mac fears Trace's recklessness will get her killed. Neither can throttle back the desire that spins out of control whenever they touch. Trace lets herself be seduced when Mac convinces her he finds her beautiful despite her scars, and she begins to hope for
more. But Mac knows he's not nearly good enough for Trace…  (Goodreads)

Dangerous Race is a book, were once you start, you cannot seem to stop! Adams does a wonderful job of bring the racing world to print along with steamy romances!

In Dangerous Race, the story centers around Tracey, who after 4 years, is back racing after a terrible accident that almost took her life. After unfortunate circumstances, she has a new member on her team, Mac, who has the tendency to butt heads with Tracey over everything that has to do with racing. As Tracey is counting down her days to the big race so she does not have to fight the attraction to Mac, she has a crazy stalker who is set out to take her life and tries so in creative ways. Along with all this, she also finds out she has a twin sister.

Chelsea has spent tons of money to find her sister, and once she learns it is the popular race car driver Tracey, she goes to find her. When Chelsea arrives to the town were the big race is soon to take place, she needs a way to get closer to her possible sister and finds a way with the sexy mechanic Matthew.

This story is a great blend of touching romances, fast-paced action, and a who done it mystery! Sign me up for book 2, Danger Zone set to be released in February 2012!
