One determined, hell-on-wheels cowgirl. One equally determined,
sexier-than-hell cowboy. One innocent baby, who suddenly takes center
stage and everybody's priorities are suddenly up for grabs.

With a young baby dropped in his lap, bronc rider Trace Coleman's world
is turned upside down. Suddenly, Gemma O'Donnell, his stiffest
competition on the rodeo scene, is now the one person who can help him.
She's already resisting his sexy smile and even sexier swagger, but she
can't resist a baby. When it comes down to it, only one can win, but is
winning more important than love and family? (Goodreads)

Reviews
Welcome back to the Spikes and Spurs series...I fell in love with Ms
Brown and her cowboys and her women! I loved the side characters, the
family times, the great paced stories. And I mean stories. These books
are driven by what is going on in the lives of the characters, their
friends and their world. The love, angst, and steam is a nice addition,
but these stories are about the people. Just a Cowboy and His Baby was
just that...a great story about a cowboy. And then about a cowboy who
falls for a cowgirl. And then, about a cowboy, his cowgirl and his
baby.

I loved how Gemma and Trace first became friends, then lovers, then
parents, all while being each other's fiercest competitors. On the
circuit, Gemma and Trace both avoided the buckle chasers. After his one
and only attempt at a buckle bunny, Trace focused his energy and effort
on his bronc riding. Unfortunately, nearly a year after that ill fated
night, Trace discovers that the condom didn't hold or her protection was
not solid. This is never clear and one thing I do notice about Brown's
cowboys, they don't suit up or if they do, they don't mention it too
often. Either way, Trace needs all the help he can get.

Gemma is on the circuit, finally following her dream of being the
champion. While another woman gets to claim to be the first woman Bronc
champ, Gemma wants to be the second. Nothing, not even her smoking hot
chemistry with Trace is going to shift her focus. But when little Holly
pops up on the scene, all bets are off--at least in terms of Gemma's
heart. She falls in love with the little baby, hook, line and sinker.
Trace can't help but fall even more for Gemma as she cares for his baby
and teaches him how to be a daddy.
I loved Trace's parents (and you already know I love Gemma's, esp Cash).
They are so rigid and stiff and yet they love Trace and Holly to pieces.
The HEA was wonderful and the final Rodeo in Vegas was great. Pick up
this series today for fun cowboys, great dialogue and truly story driven
tales. Enjoy!
