To protect her, he will unleash the beast within…
As his pack’s second-in-command, lupine shifter Liam Armstrong gives orders and takes what he wants—until he meets red-headed, blue-eyed December McIntyre. Liam knows the human beauty is his intended mate the moment he sees her, but December is far too strong-willed to accept his protection.
December, whose brother is the town sheriff, has every reason to mistrust shifters after one killed her youngest sibling. But the forceful and handsome Liam has gotten under her skin in a way she hadn’t thought possible, and the desire she feels for him is almost too much to bear.
When a radical hate group targets all humans known to sympathize with paranormal beings, December is attacked in her bookstore. Reluctantly, she turns to the only one who can help her: Liam. And he is going to take her to places within herself she never knew existed.

Review:
Primal Possession is fabulous! I love this book! Katie Reus has definitely hit a home-run with this series. This is a shifter world you will want to visit again and again! December McIntyre is being pursued by a crazy hate group and a demanding, sexy and overbearing shifter, Liam. Shifters are out in the open and known to the world and thus hate groups have formed to eradicate them and all who associate with them. December is being targeted because Liam has been chasing her around for months. She is not a hater, but definitely has issues with shifters for personal reasons and refuses to give Liam the time of day...even though she secretly wants him!
When the APL tries to kidnap and attack December and her friend, Kat, on several occasions, she turns to Liam for help and protection. Can she stand her ground and not give into her wanting Liam or if she does...will Liam hurt her? I so cannot ruin it for you....but the ending is surprising and wonderful! This book has mystery, suspense and a heart pounding romance that will leave you wanting more!
