Sum It Up!Kate Douglas is a good writer. Every element to create a good story was there, it just fell a little bit short for me.

Review:

Mac wants Zianne back. Zianne is held in a prison in a spaceship, but was one of Mac's greatest and arguably his favorite lover. His idea to retrieve Zianne... Take 6 "professionals/telepaths" and pray that their heightened sexual fantasies will enable him to make contact with and rescue Zianne.

The problem? There might be simply too much sex. It seemed like this book did not hold a lot of substance, the plot wasn't the forefront in the book at all. With 6 highly sexual people, plus Mac, the reader expects a lot of sex; however, it seemed like there was threesome after threesome with little variability. It was hard to read all of the scenes because they started to feel repetitive. The sex scenes are steamy, but they aren't very imaginative. It was hard to become invested in the relationships when it seemed like it was a free-for-all.

Kate Douglas is a good writer. Every element to create a good story was there, it just fell a little bit short for me. Perhaps the second book will be further up my alley.
