Sum It Up!
I highly recommend this awesome new series to all urban fantasy lovers out there!

Deacon Chalk normally has no trouble telling innocent victims from real monsters. So protecting an abused pregnant were-dog is a no-brainer...until a vicious lycanthrope leader and his brotherhood target Deacon, other shape-shifters, and any humans in their way. Suddenly, Deacon is outnumbered, outgunned, and unsure who - or what - to trust. The only edge he has left is a weapon hungry for his soul and his most savage impulses. And using it will exact a price even this hell-raising hunter fears to pay... (Goodreads)

Review:

Blood and Silver is fast-paced and fabulous! I was a bit leery reading an urban fantasy with romance by a man, but let me say, James Tuck knows how to spin an incredible story! The book is dark, exciting and completely full of monsters! I would totally give the book 5 Hoots...if it had been longer! I really wanted the story to have a bit more and be a bit longer.

Deacon is completely a man's man....that you will LOVE! I have always wanted to share my love for the genre and series like Sookie Stackhouse with my husband...well now I can! He might not read Sookie, but he read and loved Blood and Silver. This is such a good book that I read the first in the series and appreciated this one even more for it. I highly recommend this awesome new series to all urban fantasy lovers out there!
